POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
This role is suited to a hands-on finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. You will be responsible for financial reporting, tax compliance, and overseeing key accounting functions while managing a small team.
The position offers exposure to both operational finance and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial reports and management accounts
Manage tax compliance and reporting processes
Oversee general ledger and reconciliations
Supervise and support junior finance staff
Assist with budgeting and financial planning
Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulations

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
BCom Accounting
SAICA or SAIPA
Experience:
1–3 years’ post-qualification experience
Skills:
Strong tax and financial reporting knowledge
Leadership and team management ability
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Non-negotiables:
Experience in manufacturing or retail environments advantageous
Strong tax and reporting capability
Ability to manage and guide a team
