Job Title: Search Agent – Full 360 Recruitment Function
Location: Jet Park, Boksburg
Salary: R10,000 – R12,000 per month (Basic)

Role Overview:
The Search Agent will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment activities. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to candidate and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify suitable candidates across various platforms

• Screen and process applicants according to job specifications

• Conduct preliminary interviews with potential candidates

• Complete employment confirmations and reference checks

• Compile and format professional CVs

• Request and manage candidate supporting documentation

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

• Follow up on interviews and provide feedback to all parties

• Facilitate the offer and placement process

• Maintain regular follow-ups and check-ins with both candidates and clients

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a recruitment or HR support role (preferred)

• Strong administrative and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• High attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication

• Must have own vehicle or reliable transport

• Based in or able to commute to Jet Park, Boksburg
