My client in the Table View area is seeking a dynamic, organised, and professional School Administrator to join their esteemed private school. This is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth running of the school’s administrative functions while supporting staff, pupils, and parents.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide support with educational organisation
• Process and maintain pupil applications, acceptances, and records (data capture & filing)
• Assist the Examinations Officer with exam administration
• Perform general administrative duties as required
• Manage reception and switchboard operations
• Type administrative and academic material
• Serve as PencilBox assistant
• Administer school reports
• Act as a marketing liaison
• Compile and distribute newsletters
• Assist with the enrolment process
• Maintain management diaries and schedule appointments
• Organise school events
• Carry out various ad hoc duties related to the role

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong typing, organisational, and administrative abilities
• Able to work accurately under pressure
• High level of confidentiality and discretion
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative approach to work
• Collaborative team player
• Computer literate with MS Office proficiency
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and PencilBox

• Minimum: Matric or equivalent, with typing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office is essential
