Job Purpose

The Scaffolding Department Supervisor is responsible for overseeing scaffolding operations, managing teams, ensuring project efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment across construction sites.

Project Coordination
Safety & Compliance
Quality Assurance

Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise scaffolding installation, dismantling, and modification activities
Allocate tasks and monitor work progress daily
Ensure scaffolding works meet project timelines and quality requirements
Conduct site inspections and maintain safety standards
Maintain accurate operational and inspection records
Coordinate with procurement teams for scaffolding material availability
Resolve operational and workforce-related issues effectively
Monitor workforce productivity and performance

General Responsibilities

Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Ensure confidentiality of company information
Maintain compliance with QHSE standards
Submit reports and documentation accurately and on time

Minimum Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years’ scaffolding experience, 2 years in a supervisory role
Technical Skills: Knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety procedures, and ability to interpret technical drawings
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure, strong safety awareness
