POSITION INFO:

Junior Supervisor

SCOPE: Tasks and goals that define the role
The Scaffolding Department Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the scaffolding department. This role involves managing a team of workers, ensuring the efficient installation and dismantling of scaffolding structures, and maintaining a safe working environment on construction sites.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: What are the overall accountabilities for this position

Team Management
Project Coordination
Safety and Compliance
Quality Assurance

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Day to day activities

Lead and manage a team of scaffolders
Coordinate with project managers
Ensure timely installation and dismantling
Enforce a strong safety culture
Oversee quality inspections
Collaborate with procurement team
Maintain accurate records
Address and resolve operational issues

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Common to all positions

Adhere to company policies
Prioritize employee data confidentiality
Ensure compliance with QHSE policies
Submit balanced scorecards on time
Maintain supportive documentation for KPIs

KNOWLEDGE- EXPERIENCE (Preferred)

Years in Similar Position: 2-3 Years
High school diploma or equivalent
Skills in scaffolding installation and dismantling techniques
Knowledge of scaffolding materials and safety protocols

SKILLS:

Proficiency in scaffolding techniques
Safety protocol enforcement
Problem-solving skills
Time management

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous relevant experience

2-3 years in scaffolding operations
