SUMMARY:
Our client in the paper manufacturing industry who is based in Parow, Cape Town, needs to fill a permanent position for a Sales and Office Administrator.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Previous experience in sales, accounts clerk invoicing and creditors capturing
  • Pastel Partner experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and written. Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans.
  • Valid driver’s license (Preferable).
  • Fully vaccinated - vaccination certificate required.
Skills and duties:
  • Telephonic skills - answering and managing the switchboard in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Answering customer emails/queries timeously in a professional manner.
  • General office administration.
  • Generating sales orders and job cards.
  • Accounts clerk invoicing and creditors capturing.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Multi-tasker with time management skills.
  • Procurement – factory consumables and stock etc.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication and a positive attitude, focusing on customer relationships by building new and maintaining current relationships.
Working Hours
Mon – Thursday 08:00 – 16:00
Friday 08:00 – 13:45
Annual leave in December – 15 Days
