SUMMARY:

An established Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative with a good understanding and experience in digital marketing.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sales Representative is responsible for securing appointments and new business with prospective clients in order to grow the existing client portfolio.

Develop, establish, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers, New business focus.
Company presentations to prospective clients.
Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotes for prospective and existing customers
Expedite the resolution of customer concerns/issues, working as the liaison for any new clients.
Coordinate sales efforts with operations, accounting, and quality control
Understand the sales pipeline and provide the required information for forecasting data monthly
Provide management with a weekly work plan and activity reports
Keep abreast of product applications, QC requirements, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature, training, networking events, etc.
Additional duties as deemed necessary by the Business.
