Deliver high-volume B2B technology lead generation campaigns, nurture target audiences, and build trusted client relationships for a global Brand to Demand Agency.

Cape Town, South Africa | Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote, or full-time office | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM UK time, with a 1-hour lunch break | R26,500 – R40,000 per month depending on experience

Our client is a global B2B Brand to Demand Agency headquartered in Belfast, specialising in the Information Technology, IT Security, and Software sectors.

The agency delivers lead generation campaigns and marketing services, working with clients to generate leads and achieve agreed campaign objectives.

THE ROLE: SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for delivering successful lead generation campaigns that drive results, generate leads, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

You will manage campaigns end-to-end, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure effective execution and achievement of agreed objectives. The role includes new business sales campaigns, high-volume B2B technology lead generation, social selling, outbound outreach, client relationship management, campaign planning, and performance reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and execute new business sales campaigns on behalf of the agency and its clients.
• Take ownership of and report on the outcomes of high-volume B2B technology lead generation campaigns.
• Nurture target audiences using social selling techniques and outbound outreach.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact.
• Work with clients to plan and execute lead generation campaigns and other marketing services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and deliver agreed objectives.
• Maintain internal performance targets, including an 80% chargeability rate.
• Generate at least one lead weekly per campaign.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience working with clients; 1–5 years considered, with 4+ years preferred.
• Proven campaign execution experience.
• Ability to handle high-activity B2B technology lead generation outreach.
• Demonstrated proficiency in social selling techniques.
• Demonstrated proficiency in client relationship management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in team collaboration.
• Genuine passion for marketing.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset focused on performance, results, work completion, and client retention.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient with a strong work ethic.

• Must complete an AI-free social content practical assessment.
• Marketing degree or qualification is desirable.

CONTRACT & WORKING ARRANGEMENT

Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period.

Working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM UK time, with a 1-hour lunch break.

The role can operate on a hybrid model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, or full-time from the Cape Town office.

Candidates should use their own laptop if possible. The company will pay for a laptop if needed.

SALARY

R26,500 – R40,000 per month depending on experience. Candidates with 4–5 years of experience may warrant a higher salary within the stated range.
