POSITION INFO:

A Corporate listed company Based in Rondebosch, Capetown is looking for a Sales Support Team leader to join their division . Having excellent customer service skills , well presented when facing external clients. Must have management / Team Leader on with strong administration skills . 

Minumum requirements 

• Matric
• Tertiary education advantageous
• Be ITC clear 
• Minimum 2-years office administration
• Supervisory experience
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency essential 
• Strong administration experience essential

• Have management / Team Leader skills
• Have excellent time management skills as this is required in the management and delivery of daily tasks within the expected timelines
• Have own reliable car and valid driver’s license
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to make the client (internal and external) experience a success
• Have a confident yet reassuring manner with clients at all times. Good telephone and face-to-face personal skills is essential.
• Have good customer service skills
• Be well presented when facing external clients
• Be self-driven and have high energy levels
• Be organised and assertive
• Be a logical thinker
• Be able to work independently, under pressure and with a high level of responsibility
• Be able to work overtime and on weekends when require

• The management of the Day to day operational issues 
• Managing and Monitoring progress of projects
• Ensuring change control process is implemented and understood in order to prevent any emergency changes.
• Attending weekly/monthly visitor meetings with our customers in order to resolve 
• Maintain and improve our service levels
• Constantly assisting the technical departments of clients with terminal issues, area restrictions, server issues, etc. 
• weekly reports
• Development and Training team
