POSITION INFO:

Job description

Reporting to the National Sales Manager of this large FMCG concern the main purpose of the role is to provide support to the sales team, by effective sales reporting, administrative support and maintenance in order to assist in achieving the team and sales objectives

Key Job Functions

· Update weekly scorecard

· Update price List & communicate increases/decreases to relevant stakeholders

· Compile group price analysis

· import new pricing for stakeholders

· Compile new product listings

· Complete monthly sales analysis

· Investigate low GP%

· Load contract pricing and discounts as required

· Draft client communication letters as required

· Assist sales team with various queries as required

· Calculate deal pricing for promos and prepare promo flyers as required

· FIFO Bin analysis to monitor price increase/decrease of stock received

· Calculate Commissions of Sales Representatives on a monthly basis

· Draft templates for new stock code creation on EPR system

· Send online links for new customers

· Load Factory Shop Pricing and monitor GP

· Load shop staff discounts and no discounts for certain products

Knowledge and Experience Required

· Relevant qualification (preferred)

· Experience building strong relationships with customers and suppliers

· Experience within the FMCG industry essential

· Skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel are required
