SUMMARY:
Internal Sales position in CPT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hardware and Software effectively and efficiently to customers.
Must have IT experience
Key Responsibilities:

Professionally and efficiently manage customer telephonic
engagement with a view to maximizing customer satisfaction.
Product and client knowledge
Support your team and there clients
Update internal system
Managing and sorting of products to be delivered to new clients
Quoting
Doing backorders and order placing
Customer service
Working in a Team and assisting when needed
Marketing campaigns
Marketing and incentives
Helping and assisting with Direct sales

Requirements

Relevant Degree/Diploma
Matric
Minimum 2 years sales experience in IT industry (essential).
Technical Competencies:
MS Office Suite (Intermediate – essential, especially Excel)
