Key responsibilities

Provide structured administrative and operational support to the sales function within the Eastern Cape, while contributing to national sales support initiatives

Ensure that the operational and administrative foundation required for effective commercial delivery is consistently maintained, enabling accurate execution, system integrity and disciplined process governance across the region

Act as a coordination point between regional sales teams and cross-departmental functions, ensuring alignment, accuracy and continuity across commercial processes - this requires disciplined execution, strong organizational control and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows while maintaining quality and compliance standards

Process and maintain the administrative lifecycle supporting regional and national commercial activities

Ensure commercial documentation is complete, accurate and submitted within required deadlines

Process commercial transactions in line with financial controls and cutoff requirements

Maintain structured records of claims, agreements and related supporting documentation

Monitor renewal dates and time-sensitive activities to ensure continuity and compliance

Capture and maintain commercial data across relevant internal systems

Validate information against approved agreements and supporting documentation

Identify and follow through to resolve discrepancies with the relevant stakeholders

Maintain organised system records to ensure traceability and audit readiness

Provide day-to-day administrative support to regional sales leadership and sales representatives

Provide operational coverage during periods of leave within the sales team

Assist with order processing and related customer queries where required

Coordinate administrative requirements linked to campaigns, activations and customer initiatives

Support the tracking and allocation of promotional and operational materials in collaboration with relevant internal teams

Compile and manage recurring commercial reports across retail and on-consumption channels

Maintain structured reporting schedules and ensure submissions are accurate and on time

Support regional visibility through organized reporting, documentation and record keeping

Assist with national sales support initiatives and data alignment activities

Support cross-regional administrative coordination when required

Identify practical improvements to workflows, documentation standards and system accuracy

Escalate process risks or recurring issues to the National Sales Support Manager
