Sales Representatives

SUMMARY:
We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to promote and sell the company's products, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential.
• Minimum 2–3 years' proven sales experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field – Advantageous.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries will be advantageous.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in business development and account management.
• Sales techniques and negotiation skills.
• Customer relationship management.
• Market analysis and competitor research.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• CRM systems (advantageous).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and customer visits.
• Promote and sell company products and services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales.
• Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding customer payments where applicable.
