Requirements

Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within the industrial tool market or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to win customers over.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and urgency.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Great attention to detail. Committed and reliable.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual – English & Afrikaans

Duties

Marketing and selling of Products and services to existing and potential customers in the Central Johannesburg and surrounding areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Filling out of Call Reports and, on occasion, delivery of products and services to the customer.
Reporting non-conforming products, services, and customer complaints to management.
Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries.
Determining the degree of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
Traveling to the Freestate on a bi-monthly basis.
