Sales Representative – Frameless Glass, Showers, Saunas & Steam Rooms

POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing client relationships, conducting site consultations, preparing quotations, taking accurate measurements, and coordinating glass orders from sale through to installation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
• Identify and pursue opportunities within residential, commercial, and architectural markets.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Client Consultation

• Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and provide professional recommendations.
• Consult with homeowners, contractors, architects, developers, and project managers.
• Present frameless glass, sauna, and steam room solutions effectively.

Measuring & Quoting

• Perform accurate site measurements for frameless glass, sauna, and steam room installations.
• Prepare detailed quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate where appropriate to secure orders.

Project Coordination

• Complete final site measurements before manufacturing.
• Process and submit glass orders accurately and on time.
• Liaise with production teams and installation crews to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and keep clients informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Customer Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
• Track quotations, sales opportunities, and project status.
• Assist management with sales forecasting and market feedback.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience within the construction, glazing, architectural, frameless glass, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read plans and understand construction-related measurements.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and quoting.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver''s license and own reliable transport.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
