Are you a driven, customer-focused sales professional looking to grow your career in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dynamic Parts Sales Representative with Wholesale Experience to join our team and drive new business development while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Promote and grow awareness of our brand and offerings in the market
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across various market levels
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through lead generation, presentations, and client engagements
Maintain and grow a profitable portfolio of key accounts (50% new business / 50% account management)
Manage customer relationships with a focus on service excellence and long-term growth
Coordinate with operations to ensure high-quality service delivery
Report on sales activities weekly and monthly as required
Use CRM (XACT) effectively for client management and reporting
Manage customer queries, collections, complaints, and feedback in line with company SOPs
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making

Key Requirements

Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
Excellent planning and time management skills
Ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
Knowledge of Automotive Parts Industry trends and customer dynamics
Professional and presentable with a customer-first mindset
