The Opportunity

Because you have a proven history in technical sales, you know the reward of providing Health & Safety Solutions that organizations genuinely need to protect their staff. This role gives you the direct authority to consult with compliance managers regarding their Health & Safety Solutions, offering a clear, supported path to advance into Key Account Management. By bringing your strong negotiation skills to this trusted team, you will secure a reliable career path supporting the delivery of these Health & Safety Solutions, all while earning a base salary of up to R18,000, plus a fuel allowance, and an uncapped commission offering an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of R40,000+ through consistent, high-value service

What You'll Be Doing

• Build strong, trusted relationships with health and safety officers across the Cape Town region.
• Conduct detailed site assessments to find and fix gaps in current workplace safety rules.
• Work with clients to create clear safety strategies that meet strict national regulations.
• Guide the full sales process from finding new local leads to signing high-value contracts.
• Keep your knowledge of safety laws current to provide accurate, reliable advice to businesses.
  
  

• A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within a service-based or technical industry.
• A valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle for regular travel to client sites.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex safety rules into clear, easily understood business value.
• The proven ability to negotiate clearly and confidently with corporate decision-makers.
• Previous formal training or hands-on experience in health and safety protocols is a strong advantage.
