Qualifications / Requirements:

Tertiary Sales and Marketing Diploma / Degree advantageous
Matric certificate essential
Minimum of 5 years experience within the petroleum industry / external sales experience
Knowledge of all Microsoft Office application (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
Valid drivers license
Willing to work under pressure and achieve and drive targets
Availability to travel extensively
Solid customer service attitude and excellent negotiation skills
Strategy and project management skills

Key Performance Areas:

Facilitate achievement of targets and driving sales performance
Handling changes in strategic direction, structures, and operating models in order to ensure transparent communication and effective operation within the region
Identify and manage creation of new business opportunities for the region to expand the market
Ensure that all operations are in line with the company’s policies
Prepare monthly and quarterly annual forecasts
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
Accountability for GP margins and targets
