SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Sales Rep for a permanent vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape, ZA.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
 
  • Matric with 3+ years of external sales rep working experience
  • Construction / Building /Hardware/Architect sales experience is an advantage
  • Code 8 driver’s license with own vehicle
  • Extensive travel required within the region on a call cycle
  • Must be able to work independently and have strong admin skills
  • Must be fluent in English
 
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing existing market share and opening up new sales avenues within the region in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of in-store presence with the objective of developing meaningful customer relationships.
  • Pass orders on timeously for delivery
  • General sales administration as required
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Achieve set sales targets
  • Coordinate sales and merchandising functions
 
Salary:  R10 000.00 – R12 000.00 per month (Negotiable) + Fuel / Travel Expense Card + Cell + excellent commission.   Laptop if required.
