Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory across Pretoria, Sandton, and Roodepoort. Focusing exclusively on the professional salon market, you'll work with beauty salons, hair salons, nail salons, and spas to strengthen existing relationships while identifying new business opportunities that drive sustainable growth.

This role offers the perfect balance of account management and new business development. You'll manage an established client portfolio while proactively expanding your territory through consultative selling, product presentations, and exceptional customer service. Backed by a respected South African FMCG business, you'll represent a premium skincare brand renowned for innovation and professional excellence.

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of professional salon clients.

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

• Build strong relationships with salon owners and key decision-makers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

• Secure a minimum of 10 new salon clients annually.

• Conduct professional product presentations and client training sessions.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

• Plan weekly sales activities and manage your territory effectively.

• Visit up to six clients per day across your allocated region.

• Generate new business through daily prospecting activities.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to grow client accounts.

• Minimum four years' experience as an External Sales Representative.

• At least two years' sales experience within FMCG or a similar customer-facing sales environment.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong business development and account management experience.

• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.

• Professional presentation with a customer-focused approach.

• Strong territory planning and time management skills.

• Self-motivated with a passion for consultative sales.

• Professional skincare, cosmetics, or beauty industry experience.

• Selling to beauty salons, hair salons, nail salons, or spas.

• B2B sales experience within FMCG, automotive aftermarket, vehicle parts, or similar consultative sales environments.

• Represent a respected premium professional skincare brand.

• Petrol card provided.
