Sales Leadership Development Trainer (Randburg)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience & Knowledge:

v2 years Learning and Development or Training Experience.
vMin 2 years Call Centre and/or Sales Experience.
vMin 2 years Experience in Leadership Development.
vOutcomes based Material Design, Assessment and Moderation (preferable).

Responsibilities & Duties:

vThe responsibility of the Sales Leadership Development (SLD) Program Trainer is not exhaustive and may change from time-to-time as decided by Leadership.
vIdentify and analyse training needs for all learners.
vDesign and develop relevant training material, training aids, lesson plans and assessments for the SLD Training Program.
vImplementation of the SLD Training Program as per the training plan.
vContinuous reviewing and updating of training material, training aids, lesson plans and assessments of the SLD Program as and when required.
vEquip new and existing Leaders, Trainee Sales Leaders and 2IC’s with the relevant skills and knowledge to ensure they are able to perform the roles and responsibilites of their jobs.
vTraining of Sales Leaders, Trainee Sales Managers and 2IC’s on the Sales Leadership Development Program content which consist of but not limited to: Great Sales Call Model, Reports, Coaching for results, Performance Management, Communication skills, Motivation and & Stress Management.
vProvide ongoing support and training to the Sales Leadership team.
vConduct and facilitate training and coaching as required.
vConduct assessments on Senior Sales Leaders, Sales Leaders, Trainee Sales Leaders and 2IC’s on their ability to implement the skills and knowledge learned.
vCompile reports and provide feedback to Leadership.
vCompile results, keep and maintain administrative records.
vEnsure that training material is relevant and current.
vDesign and develop training material and assessment instruments as and when required.
vTrain and coach learners on hard and soft skills.
vEstablish new and innovative methods to deliver training (blended approach).
vConduct and facilitate Sales training for new sales consultants as and when required.
vTo evaluate the impact of training and provide feedback to Leadership.

Job Summary:

vTo take accountability for aspects of the SLD training program including:
vTo identify training needs.
vDesign, develop and implement relevant and current training programme.
vTo design, develop and implement competency based assessments that are of a high quality and add value to the learning experience.
vTo maintain and update relevant training material.
vTo provide relevant training that equips the Senior Sales Leaders, Sales Leaders, Trainee Sales Leaders and 2IC’s.
vConduct interactive training according to a training plan.
vApply Kirkpatrick''s evaluation model level to 2,3,4,5.
