The Role

We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth and scale membership sales. This role requires engaging mid- to senior-level executives, entrepreneurs, and business leaders, with a focus on converting interest into memberships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively contacting executives already aware of the network

• Building and managing a sales pipeline through calls, LinkedIn connections, email, and WhatsApp outreach

• Converting prospects into Individual, Corporate, or Network Partner memberships, ensuring sign-up and payment are completed during the engagement

• Recording notes, updates, and interactions on the membership platform

• Exploring opportunities to expand membership by region (e.g., South Africa, Dubai, UK, etc.) and connect executives globally

The Person

We are looking for an achievement-oriented individual who is:

• Highly motivated and articulate, with the ability to confidently engage senior-level prospects

• Comfortable selling the value of international business connections, thought leadership opportunities, and continuous learning

• Skilled in consultative, unscripted sales conversations (some sales training useful but not essential)

• Digitally capable and willing to learn a functional but complex CRM/membership platform (training will be provided)

• Resilient, results-driven, and able to take ownership of building sales momentum
