A high-growth fintech player is expanding its footprint across the Western Cape and is looking for a Growth Executive with true hunter DNA. What you will do

Own and dominate your territory like its your own business
Hunt daily for new merchants across retail, general trade, fuel, hardware, hospitality & more
Convert leads into signed, installed, revenue-generating accounts
Drive activations, ARPU growth, and multi-product adoption
Maintain a healthy pipeline and disciplined CRM management
Move fast, follow through, and outperform your monthly targets
Represent a trusted fintech brand to merchants across the province

What we are looking for

A natural closer with 3+ years field sales or merchant acquisition experience
Someone who thrives on being out in the community — not behind a desk
A relationship builder who merchants remember
A disciplined operator who uses data, CRM insights, and strong follow-through
A self-starter with stamina, urgency, and entrepreneurial energy
Someone who wants their performance to translate directly into income
