Role Overview: 

We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background who is passionate about innovation and eager to bring our Client’s unique advertising platform to more clients across South Africa. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals

• Present the product to marketing and media decision-makers

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with agency and direct clients

• Craft and pitch creative advertising solutions tailored to client objectives

• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Stay informed on advertising trends, especially in OOH and performance-led media

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution

• Represent our Client at industry events and client meetings 

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 3–5+ years in sales, (OOH or digital media a bonus)

• Self-Starter: Comfortable taking initiative and working independently in a fast-paced environment

• Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated ability to consistently source, pursue, and secure new business in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

• Client-Centric: Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills

• Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets

• Creative Thinker: Able to develop compelling advertising solutions with measurable impact

• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of media buying processes, brand strategy, and marketing KPIs

• Tech-Savvy: Confident using CRM systems, proposal tools, and presentation software
