We are seeking a proactive, deadline-driven Sales Coordinator to support Business Development initiatives within a fast-moving Clearing & Forwarding environment.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Sales Support

Support and attend weekly district sales meetings
Manage and distribute incoming sales leads
Coordinate and organise sales training sessions
Manage company visitors and arrange sales meeting schedules

Marketing

Coordinate and deliver customer-facing sales events
Analyse and compile customer survey feedback
Support local marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with branding guidelines
Assist with targeted marketing campaigns and regional newsletters

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to grammar and detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
High sense of urgency with strong deadline and priority management
Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
