SUMMARY:
Our client in the financial industry is looking for sales consultants, who will be responsible for proactively generating business by contacting new customers and consulting them on the benefits of the clients products.

POSITION INFO:

Qualify and target clients in the relevant market segment in order to establish a strong client base.
Conduct a financial needs analysis with the client to establish their future goals and needs.
Identify and convincingly market suitable products to the clients that satisfy the clients’
needs. Close the sale and comply with the relevant compliance and legislation.
Keep abreast of new developments in the industry and market trends.
Develop relationships with clients by reviewing at regular intervals.
Comply with the Mission Statement and Objectives of the company.

Benefits:

Basic of R12 000x2 months (training allowance), then R5 000 + comm
Group benefits + Pension fund + Medical aid
Client will provide comprehensive training and a 2 year development plan whilst you work under supervision.

Requirements:

2-4 years sales experience
Own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence
Min Age: 27
ITC Listing – Max R20k listing with payment plan
Post Grad/Recognised Qualification will be an advantage
