About the Role
Our client is seeking a target-driven and dynamic Hygiene & Pest Control Sales Consultant to join their team based in Mpumalanga - Nelspruit.  This permanent position is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in hygiene and pest control solutions, capable of promoting and selling a full range of washroom hygiene products, consumables, pest control services, waste management solutions, and sanitation offerings across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and hospitality environments.  (Valid driver’s license and own vehicle mandatory.)

POSITION INFO:
What you’ll be doing

Business Development

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in hygiene and pest control services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct site visits, assessments, and client needs analysis.
• Prepare and present accurate quotations, proposals, and service-level agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain updated CRM records and track all sales activities.
• Consolidate data for management reporting.
• Ensure daily and weekly call ratios are met to grow the sales pipeline.

• Build and sustain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide consultative solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity and provide strategic feedback to management.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry-related events as required.

• Minimum 3 years’ proven sales experience in hygiene and/or pest control services (industry sales experience is mandatory).
• Strong understanding of hygiene service delivery, pest control, washroom solutions, and consumables supply.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (MANDATORY).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business development, networking, and relationship management abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to design customer solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
