Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team in 2026. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the voice of our company, helping customers with their inquiries and providing information about our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and looking for a rewarding career in a supportive and fun environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls professionally and courteously

Objection handle

Provide accurate information about products and services

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Achieve individual and team performance targets

Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a call centre environment

Matric or equivalent

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills

Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
