Duties & Responsibilities

Your role:

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients
Sell and market products confidently
Explain policy details and overcome objections
Follow up on leads and build lasting client relationships
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum requirements:

At least 1 year Call Centre / Telesales SALES experience
Confident closer with a strong sales drive
Matric / NQF Level 4
Excellent communication, persuasion & negotiation skills
Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
