SUMMARY:
Our client in Stikland Industrial, Cape Town is seeking a Sales Administrator with a minimum of 3 years’ sales experience to join their team. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), have experience using Pastel accounting software, and hold a valid driver’s license (non-negotiable). A matric certificate is required, and a relevant qualification will be advantageous. Experience or knowledge in the signage industry is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
Industry-relevant qualification (advantageous)
Minimum 3 years’ sales experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Pastel accounting software
Must have a valid driver’s license (non-negotiable)
Experience or knowledge in the signage industry is essential.

DUTIES:

Handle all administrative tasks related to the preparation of sales quotations.
Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude and understanding of products and processes.
Interpret and work from architectural drawings.
Maintain excellent customer relations and communication throughout the sales process.
Manage the workflow from initial quotation through to final manufacture.
Prepare and send artwork to clients for approval prior to production.
Compile and maintain accurate sales reports.
Monitor and order office consumables as needed.
Exhibit strong attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Pastel accounting software.
Assist with marketing initiatives and support brand promotion efforts.

HOURS:

Monday to Thursday: 07:45 – 16:30
Friday: 07:45 – 14:30
