Sales & Admin Manager

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):

•Responsible for administration of contracts in terms of the conditions thereof
•Manage commercial contractswith suppliers and customers
•Provides input into the commercial and financial close-out(month-end and year-end)
•Prepares and submits financial reports as required
•Perform administrative and/orproduction control
•Comply withcontractual requirements
•Control of credit notes and customer returns and ensure they areprocessedtimeously
•Leadstock takes and investigate stock losesand implementcorrectiveactions
•Buildand maintainrelationships with relevant stakeholders
•Adheres to Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) policies and procedures

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

•Matric (Grade 12)
•Business Admin diploma or degree
•Postgraduatequalificationwillbean added advantage

EXPERIENCE:

•At leastsevenyears related workand managementexperience
•SAP experience will be an added advantage
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
•The capacity for understanding and using financial, marketplace, consumer andeconomic information. It includes
specific aptitudes such as financial management, consumer understanding, risk assessment, etc.
•The capacity for working with language in various forms. It includes specific aptitudes such as word fluency,
comprehension, verbal reasoning, vocabulary, second language acquisition,etc.
•The capacity for working with numbersand numerical/mathematical concepts. It includes specific aptitudes such as
computation, statistical interpretation, facility with mathematical concepts, arithmetic reasoning, etc.
