SYSPRO Payroll and HR Administrator (Woven Textiles), Cape Town, R neg +ben

Manage the duties in the payroll department to ensure timeous and accurate payments of Wages and Salaries.

• Tertiary qualification in Office Administration or relevant field.
• 6 - 8 years related experience.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Advanced Excel skills is a must.
• Experience with ERP systems (SYSPRO)
• Knowledge of statutory payroll deductions.
• Valid driver’s license a
• Own vehicle is advantageous.

Duties

Monthly and Weekly payroll processing for wage and salaried staff.

Onboarding: Prepare TCTC and collate all documentation.

Off boarding: Termination process including leave pay calculation.

Processing of provident fund and medical aid new entrants and terminations.

Print and distribute wage staff pay slips weekly.

Prepare all payroll reports, timesheets, individual attendance, and other related documentation.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management including absenteeism, overtime, and headcount.

Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end reports for management.

Issue IRP5 certificates to all permanent and temporary staff.

Oversee all audit, SARS, and other statutory queries.

Communicate with National Textile Bargaining Council and ensure compliance certificate is received and up to date.

Attend to and process employee queries and request daily
