My client is looking for a Support Desk Technician in Centurion

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

At least 2+ years'' experience in the similar role.
Experience with data networking including implementation of VPN connections, firewall configuration and network routing
Understanding of voice networking and VOIP environments.
Proper technical knowledge (analogue, digital and VOIP service, IP networking and data service provision)
Voice and Data Network including the routers, gateways and PBX phones
Point websites in ISS server to other websites.
Manage and configure PRTG.
