SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Support Desk Technician in Centurion

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • At least 2+ years'' experience in the similar role.
  • Experience with data networking including implementation of VPN connections, firewall configuration and network routing
  • Understanding of voice networking and VOIP environments.
  • Proper technical knowledge (analogue, digital and VOIP service, IP networking and data service provision)
  • Voice and Data Network including the routers, gateways and PBX phones
  • Point websites in ISS server to other websites.
  • Manage and configure PRTG.
