KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, motivate & manage store staff

- Ensure exceptional customer service & store presentation

- Oversee stock levels, replenishment & merchandising

- Drive sales targets & profitability

- Maintain accurate admin, reporting & store documentation

- Implement visual merchandising standards

- Handle HR/IR matters professionally

- Train & develop staff to improve performance

- Ensure compliance with store policies & operational standards

- Resolve customer & staff conflicts effectively

- Apply structured processes to ensure smooth store operations
