Join a dynamic team in the construction industry where your expertise in scaffolding and site supervision can make a significant impact. We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while maintaining excellent standards of workmanship.

What You'll Do:

Supervise and coordinate scaffolding and other construction activities on site
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Manage daily site operations and report on progress
Liaise with project managers and clients to meet project objectives
Assist in resolving on-site issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction site supervision
Proven knowledge of scaffolding and construction safety protocols
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

Relevant construction or scaffolding certifications

What We'll Give You:

Salary: R8,000 - R12,000 per month (Cost to Company)
