SALES EXECUTIVE / BD CONSULTANT (B2B) - SECURITY / SURVEILLANCE INDUSTRY

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client, a specialist in safety and security with wireless technology and smart applications for technology-based surveillance systems is seeking a strong Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, with excellent communication skills and the ability to open and close deals.

Must be flexible in working hours and be available for travel within SA and Cross Borders from time to time with the ability to generate new business and effectively close sales opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience (specifically in the security / surveillance industry)

Proven sales track record
Be a self-starter and demonstrate self-motivation and be creative in strategic thinking
Confidence in cold calling, face to face and telesales experience
The ability to influence and negotiate with others
Communicates strongly with insight and understanding, concisely and clearly spoken in English and Afrikaans
Excellent telephone etiquette, presentation skills and customer service
Be a team player
Be computer literate
Able to work flexible work hours
