SUMMARY:
Overview: To develop new business, managing existing customer relationships, and delivering sustainable sales growth to manufacturing clients in the mining, food, manufacturing and heavy engineering industries.

POSITION INFO:

Key Performance Areas:

Sales & Business Development

Promote and sell Industrial Air Systems and solutions
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities (Hunter)
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.
Stay informed on emerging market trends, new product releases.

Digital Marketing

Strong understanding of digital channels that support sales growth and increase market visibility.

Customer Engagement

Conduct site visits to understand customer applications, challenges, and operational requirements.

Planning & Reporting

Achieve agreed sales targets, margins, and strategic objectives.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and activity reports

Collaboration & Compliance

Work closely with internal teams
Stay up to date with product developments, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Engineering, or a related field (mechanical or electrical background).
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in engineering sales
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex equipment solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Valid driver’s license.
