SUMMARY:
Manage sales administration, deal documentation, invoicing, vehicle delivery paperwork and supplier coordination to support the sales team.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Matric / Grade 12
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar sales administration role
SAP experience essential
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Experience with invoicing and vehicle sales documentation
Knowledge of FAIS/FICA documentation advantageous
Strong administration, filing and documentation skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Valid Code 8 driver’s licence
Confident, proactive and able to work under pressure
Good English communication skills
