POSITION INFO:

Rosebank, Johannesburg: JUNIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Minimum Requirements:

-Young, presentable and professional

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must

-Matric / Grade 12

-2 to 5 years full property management experience a must

-Computer literate in MS Office and MDA Property Manager software

-Strong leadership and management skills

-Stable employment record

-Contactable references

-Must be willing to do online competency and personality assessments required by employing company

Duties:

-Full Property Management function for Property Group

-Marketing

-Leasing Administration (Application & credit vetting, lease agreements, ensuring all upfront fees, deposits & monies are paid, loading of lease on system, key distribution etc.)

-Rent Collection and recoveries

-Follow legal procedures in event of tenant non payment

-Account Reconciliations, bill damages, deposit refunds etc.

-Tenants management (fire drills & evacuation procedures, customers service, tenant liaison etc.)

-Advertising and marketing (market research, surveys, generate and load advertisement etc.)

-Leasing operations management

-Ensure fingerprint access system has been cleared

-Attend to maintenance matters (Cleaning, building security, waste management, access control etc.)

-Set financial budgets and budget analysis

-Property performance analysis

-Ongoing risk management

Salary: R 21 000.00 – R 25 000.00 gross maximum
