Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead and manage a busy retail branch. The role involves overseeing sales, staff, inventory, and all operational and administrative systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 4 years retail experience with proven managerial success.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and retail operating systems

Drive sales growth and deliver compelling customer experiences
Manage budgets, stock control, and branch operations efficiently
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a collaborative culture
