Retail Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and deliver a world-class luxury shopping experience.

• Build strong, lasting client relationships through one-on-one consultations and follow-ups.

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of all products, collections, and brand heritage.

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.

• Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining impeccable store presentation.

• Handle customer queries and concerns with discretion, professionalism, and grace.

• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.

• Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Participate in training and development sessions to stay current on trends and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end customer service.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• High standard of personal grooming and a polished, professional appearance.

• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close high-value sales confidently.

• Passion for luxury products and a keen eye for detail.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in service.

• Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and retail hours.

Preferred:

• Experience with CRM systems and clienteling.

• Multilingual skills are an advantage.

• A background in fashion, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle industries.
