SUMMARY:
A well-established luxury retail business is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Retail & Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-value boutique environment. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong operational, administrative, and client service expertise.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Store Management

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a secure and well-maintained environment
Manage opening and closing procedures, including security protocols
Ensure store presentation meets high brand standards

Stock & Inventory Control

Maintain accurate stock records and inventory tracking
Manage ordering of materials, stock, and supplies
Coordinate stock valuations and documentation

Client Service & Administration

Manage client queries, quotations, invoicing, and order processing
Coordinate production timelines and client deliveries
Ensure a high level of client experience and service delivery

Workshop & Supplier Coordination

Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure deadlines are met
Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes

Compliance & Finance Support

Maintain regulatory and compliance documentation
Assist with financial administration, reporting, and reconciliations

Digital & Marketing Support

Manage social media platforms and online enquiries
Coordinate online orders and website updates

Team & General Administration

Support HR administration including contracts and leave records
Maintain organised systems and internal communication

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience in retail or operations management (luxury or high-value environment advantageous)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong communication and client service skills
Financial acumen and reporting understanding
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
