Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant General Manager at a well-established restaurant based in Rosebank. The  Manager will be responsible for P&L Management, ensuring Customer Satisfaction, overseeing Customer Service, Budgeting, Hiring and overall assistant management of the restaurant

Qualifications & Requirements

• P&L Management, Budgeting, and Hiring skills
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and overseeing Customer Service
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry
• Bachelor''''''''s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous
• Own vehicle
• Fine Dining experience
