- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source premium and sustainable ingredients of the highest quality.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.
- Continuously strive for culinary excellence, staying abreast of industry trends, techniques, and flavour profiles.
- Manage kitchen budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization without compromising quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive chef or head chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
- Exceptional knowledge of international cuisines, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute refined and inventive dishes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performance culinary team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
