What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and outstanding guest experiences.
• Drive financial performance through smart budgeting, promotions, and cost control.
• Lead, train, and inspire a motivated team that delivers service excellence.
• Manage inventory, supplier relations, and compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and event teams to deliver top-quality food and memorable dining experiences.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Ensure the restaurant runs efficiently, profitably, and in line with company standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Proven success in operations, staff management, budgeting, and customer service.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, guest-centric approach.
• Qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field (advantageous).
