Set within a beautifully restored heritage property in the Southern Suburbs, our boutique hotel offers guests an elegant, intimate experience defined by exceptional service, warm hospitality, and exquisite cuisine.

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and ensure every service runs seamlessly — from breakfast through dinner and private events.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations and service delivery.
• Manage floor service, table allocations, and overall guest flow.
• Coordinate reservations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and mentor service staff to deliver polished, attentive hospitality.
• Oversee daily cash-ups, shift reports, and administrative duties.
• Maintain presentation standards, cleanliness, and compliance with service and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and hotel leadership team to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ proven restaurant management experience in a boutique, fine-dining, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail and guest care.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service flow, and cost management.
• Hospitality qualification or relevant certification preferred.
