The Role: Resourcer (Recruitment Delivery Consultant)

The purpose of this role is to identify, engage, and qualify candidates for live UK-based roles to ensure a consistent flow of talent into the pipeline. This position exists to support UK consultants through candidate delivery, market mapping, and interview coordination. The main focus areas are speed of delivery, communication quality, and the development of strong candidate shortlists.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems, and other sourcing tools.

• Conduct targeted outreach and initial screening conversations to assess candidate skills, experience, and motivation.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines while mapping markets to identify passive talent and niche skill sets.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and UK consultants across multiple time zones.

• Maintain accurate records and track outreach activity within the Bullhorn CRM or ATS system.

• Prepare candidates for interviews by ensuring they are fully briefed.

• Support consultants with market research and targeted talent research for key roles.

About You

• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or sourcing.

• Solid track record in a recruitment delivery or sourcing capacity.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with no accent.

• Strong LinkedIn sourcing ability or a willingness to learn advanced techniques.

• Ability to work UK hours from Cape Town (Monday to Friday).

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
