Remote/Hybrid (Cape Town), Property Services, UK working hours Monday to Friday 8-5 pm,

Salary: R21 000 - R28 000 p/m.

The Role: Resourcer

The Resourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying skilled trades operatives for temporary and permanent assignments. This role exists to ensure client requirements are filled quickly and to a high standard by working closely with consultants in a high-volume, fast-moving environment. The main focus is on sourcing, screening, and managing candidate availability to support urgent live vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and social media.

• Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews.

• Verify right-to-work documentation and perform compliance checks.

• Build and maintain an active candidate pool while managing availability and bookings.

• Reactivate lapsed candidates and expand the candidate network.

• Ensure speed and quality of shortlists to support consultants with urgent vacancies.

• Maintain high compliance accuracy and reliable candidate pipelines.

• Experience in property recruitment is preferred.
