Sales Manager (property)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A position is available for a Sales Manager with at least 5 years managerial experience in the property industry, to meet tenant acquisition and rental unit occupancy targets as well as overseeing the leasing aspect of the residential portfolio. 

Experience in the following is essential for the role: 
  • Drafting and executing leasing plans.
  • Presenting sales, revenue and expense reports. 
  • Forecasting & budgeting 
  • Analyse advertising return 
  • CRM systems 
  • Excel
  • Social media advertising
