About the Role

POSITION INFO:

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in hotel reservations or hotel operations
• Previous experience within a 200-plus key hotel environment (essential)
• Proven experience managing aircrew and all business segments
• Strong understanding of hotel billing procedures and invoicing
• Experience using PMS and hotel reservation systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong computer literacy
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and financial acumen
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with quick turnaround times

What You Will Do

• Manage all reservations for aircrew, shipping crew, mining, production, project and ad hoc contracted business
• Process high-volume reservations accurately within strict turnaround times
• Manage rooming lists, manifests, crew allocations and last-minute amendments
• Coordinate all booking changes, extensions, cancellations and operational requests
• Maintain accurate billing instructions, contracted rates and client profiles
• Verify all charges and billing instructions prior to invoicing
• Liaise with airline coordinators, shipping agents, travel partners and corporate stakeholders
• Coordinate transport schedules, meal requirements and VIP logistical arrangements
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production and reservations reports
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and accurate filing systems
